Box Score OWINGS MILLS, Md.- The Stevenson men's hockey team flew past Lebanon Valley, 5-2 as they allowed two Dutchmen goals in the final three minutes of the game.
Frank Vitucci scored two goals and Luke Benitz, Mac Lowry, and Liam McCanney each added one. Ryan Patrick tallied three assists, Justin Vickers, Austin Master, Blake Colman, Brendan Rylott, and Alex Rivet each had an assist.
- The Mustangs got on the board first at the 1:53 minute mark as Rivet and Rylott assists Lowry on the goal.
- A minute following a Stevenson power play, Colman and Vickers assisted Benitz to take a 2-0 lead at 16:42.
- At the 1:57 minute mark, the Mustangs scored on a power play. Patrick assisted Vitucci.
- Minutes later, Stevenson struck again to lead, 4-0 as Patrick and Master assisted McCanney.
- With three minutes left in the second period, Lebanon Valley fired off four consecutive shots but two were saved by Ryan Kenny while the others hit the pipe.
- At the 13:16 minute mark, Patrick added his third assist of the night who he passed to Vitucci for another Mustang goal.
- Lebanon Valley scored their two lone goals of the game at 17:31 and 18:54 to close out the period.
- There was no shortage of penalties for either team as Stevenson and Lebanon Valley each totaled nine penalties for 29 minutes.
- The Dutchmen outshot Stevenson 31-29.
- Aidan Graham and Jack Goodman finished with a +2 rating.
- Patrick's three assists on the night move him second on the team in total assists on the season with eight.
