Box Score OWINGS MILLS, Md. - The Stevenson University women's basketball team picked up it's fifth straight win on Monday night against Salisbury 47-46. The match-up came down to the final minutes of the fourth quarter, when with 16 seconds left Junior Brandi Hall made a basket to give Stevenson a one-point lead over the Mustangs after only scoring four points in the final quarter.
- The game remained scoreless for nearly two minutes into the game, a Kellie Johnson layup gave the Mustangs (8-8, 3-4 MAC Commonwealth) a two-point advantage.
- Salisbury (8-10) changed the lead of the game when Lauren Fortescue put up a three to make the score, 3-2 at the 7:47 mark.
- At the 7:24 mark, Olivia Coleman put up a layup to change the lead for the Mustangs, 39 seconds later, a Hannah Crist three made the score 7-3.
- At the 3:45 mark, a Hall three made the game 10-6. The Seagulls responded with a Fortescue three to bring Salisbury within one of the Stevenson, 9-10.
