Box Score OWINGS MILLS, Md. - The top-seeded Stevenson University women's volleyball team advanced to its seventh straight MAC Commonwealth championship match with a 3-0 win over No. 4 seed Messiah College in a conference semifinal Wednesday night at Owings Mills Gymnasium. Set scores were 25-22, 25-20, 25-21.
- Stevenson (21-11) held an early 10-7 lead, but five straight points by Messiah (15-16) turned it into a 12-10 advantage for the visitors.
- With the set knotted at 13, four straight points, including a Caroline Dangel service ace and kills by Darian Hileman and Mackenzie Blevins, put the Mustangs up 17-13.
- Messiah pulled within one, 19-18, with four straight points of their own, and cut the lead to one two more times.
