Box Score ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. - Stevenson women's volleyball senior Christine Isenberg (Taneytown, Md./Francis Scott Key) totaled 16 kills while sophomore Imani Hudson (Burke, Va./Lake Braddock) added 10 as the Mustangs posted a 25-15, 25-13, 25-20 road victory over Elizabethtown Tuesday night at Thompson Gymnasium.
Stevenson (28-1, 8-0 MAC), who achieved its highest-ever ranking in the AVCA Division III Top 25 Poll on Tuesday at No. 18, posted its 24th victory of the season in straight sets. The team also improved its record to 17-0 in two seasons in the Commonwealth Conference.
As a team, the Mustangs totaled 46 kills and a .380 hitting percentage, committing just eight errors in 100 attempts. Junior Megan Miller (Wilmington, Del./St. Georges Tech) added seven kills, three digs and two total blocks while senior Jessica Gieselman (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) totaled five kills, 37 assists and nine digs.
Junior Samantha Perillo (Wilmington, Del./Wilmington Friends) had a game-high 15 digs while senior Jenna Campbell (Brookeville, Md./Good Counsel) added seven.
Samantha Hicks and Juliana Mowen each had six kills for the Blue Jays (13-12, 3-2 MAC) who were limited to a .111 hitting percentage. Carolyn Lukiewski had 10 kills while Mowen added nine.
Stevenson returns home to face Gallaudet at Owings Mills Gymnasium on Thursday beginning at 7:00 p.m., for the team's annual Dig Pink event. All fans are encouraged to wear pink in support of the fight against breast cancer.
