YORK, Pa. - Mo Oursler and Kevin Whaley combined for 36 points and were 12-of-16 from the floor and 7-of-9 from three-point range while York (Pa.) shot 55.6 percent from the field and 61.1 percent from behind the arc en route to a 91-52 victory over Stevenson Wednesday at the Grumbacher Center.

The loss was the 10th in 12 road games this season for the Mustangs (6-17, 2-12 CAC) who shot just 31.0 percent from the floor.

Sophomore Danny Murphy (Severn/Glen Burnie) led three players in double figures with 12 points while senior Greg Woody (Baltimore/Mount Saint Joseph) had 11 and sophomore Laron Knight (Waldorf/Thomas Stone) tied his career-high with 10.

The Mustangs trailed 47-11 at halftime after making just 3-of-24 attempts from the floor for 12.7 percent. Meanwhile, the Spartans (14-8, 8-5 CAC) shot 57.1 percent from the field, including 7-of-10 from three-point range.

York finished the game 11-of-18 from behind the arc and held a 50-32 advantage in rebounds.

Woody scored seven of his 11 points from the free throw line where he was 7-for-8. He also added four assists and four steals. Freshman Stefon McCray (Baltimore/Archbishop Curley) had a team-high seven rebounds.

Paul Kouvaris totaled nine points and eight rebounds for the Spartans and Mitch Kemp added 10 points off the bench.

Stevenson has six days off to prepare for its next contest where it looks to snap a three-game losing streak, both at home and overall. The team hosts Mary Washington at Owings Mills Gymnasium next Wednesday, February 16.
