BALTIMORE, Md. - Stevenson women's track and field freshman Cierra Roberts set a new school record in the 200m dash, while sophomore Kelly Winklbauer set a school mark in the 1500m run at the Hopkins Invitational.
Roberts clocked a 25.84 in the 200, which gave her third place amongst Divison II and III athletes in the event. With that time, Roberts also qualified for ECAC's in the event. Freshman Kimberly Hammond clocked a 26.66, which gave her sixth overall in DII/III.
Roberts also qualified for ECAC's in the 100m dash with a time of 12.57 seconds. Roberts took third overall among DII and III competitors.
Winklbauer shattered her previous school record in the 1500 by seven seconds with a time of 4:48.39, which gave her seventh place overall.
Freshman Achol Odolla set a new school mark in the 3000m Steeplechase with a a time of 11:59.62. Ocholla took sixth overall in the event.
Sophomore Meghan Incantalupo had a top height of 1.50m in the high jump, which gave her sixth place among DII/DIII competitors. Hicks placed fourth in the triple jump with a 10.39m leap.
In the discus throw, freshman Kiarra Nowell placed fifth with a personal-best toss of 36.18 meters. Ani and Rega took sixth and eighth with throws of 34.27 and 32.70.
Sophomore Lauren Dioses finished sixth in the hammer throw with a toss of 36.34m.
The Mustangs finished ninth in the team standings with 27.5 points. Navy finished first with 222 points.
Stevenson competes next in the Towson University Invitational on Saturday, April 15.
