Ramsland Wins Three Events in Mustangs' Dual Meet Win Over Host Lebanon Valley, 144-105

ANNVILLE, Pa. - The Stevenson women's swimming team picked up its second dual win on the year after defeating host Lebanon Valley by a 144-105 score. Junior Isabelle Ramsland picked up three event wins for the Mustangs. 

Ramsland won the first of her three events in the 200 Fly with a 2:42.07. Ramsland would then narrowly defeat  junior Julianna Burnett by .13 seconds in the 100 Free with a time of 1:05.54. Ramsland's third event win came in the 200 Individual Medley where she clocked a 2:44.66. 

Ramsland, Burnett, junior Colby Stein and sophomore Bailey Hurt started the day off with a victory in the 200 Yard Medley Relay with a combined time of 2:11.88.

Sophomore Julia Charen picked up a victory in the 800 Free with a time of 10:34.49, while Hurt touched the wall first in the 200 Free with a 2:31.26. 

Stein picked up the first of her two individual wins in the 100 Back with a time of 1:10.82. Sophomore Melanie Milam placed second with a 1:11.97. Stein's other win came in the 200 Back where she swam a 2:39.10. 

Burnett finished first in both the 100 Breaststroke and 100 Fly with times of 1:22.95 and 1:12.09.

Milam earned a victory in the 50 Free with a 28.99, while Charen took second with a 30.77.

To end the day, Stein, Hurt, Charen and Milam took first overall in the 200 Meter Freestyle Relay with a combined time of 2:02.10.

The Mustangs return to action after the winter break when they host Messiah in a dual meet on Saturday, January 13 at 2:00 pm.
