Kleiber joins the Mustangs coaching staff for the 2016-17 season, serving as the team's assistant coach.

Since 2015, Kleiber has served as the assistant coach with the North American Hockey Academy in the Junior Women's Hockey League (JWHL) assisting with game management and training of the defensive units. She also contributed with on-ice practice planning and analyzed game film.

Prior to the JWHL, Kleiber served as the graduate assistant at Robert Morris University. In her two seasons with the Colonials, Kleiber assisted the staff in all daily and administrative tasks while also assisting with on-ice practices, in-game video analysis and weekly scouting reports.

In addition, Kleiber coached the Bloomington Jefferson girls' varsity as an assistant working primarily with the defense and penalty kill units.

Kleiber first got into coaching serving as an Intern Coach and Team Leader at USA Hockey Girls Select Camps.

A 2012 graduate of Niagara University, Kleiber earned her Bachelor's degree in Sports Management before earning her Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris.
