Adair was promoted to Associate Head Coach prior to the 2017-18 season. She enters her ninth year with the Mustangs and eighth under head coach Jackie Boswell. Adair primarily with the team's post players.

From 2014-17, Adair mentored the program's first-ever All-American in Sara Tarbert. A three-time All-American in her career, Tarbert set the NCAA Division III record with 30 consecutive double-doubles as a senior.

In 2016-17, the Mustangs had the third-best rebounding margin in the MAC Commonwealth after finishing fifth the season prior.

A 1999 graduate of Coppin State, Adair was a member of the women's basketball team from 1994-98. She earned her bachelor's degree in applied science and received the Scholar-Athlete award.

Beginning as a Junior Varsity coach for Lansdowne Senior High School in 2006, Adair went on to become the assistant and eventually head coach for the Varsity team.  

Since 2006, Adair has also been a behavior interventionist at Lansdowne Senior High School. She provides crisis intervention services to special education students.

Adair earned her master's degree in sports management and sports coaching from the United States Sports Academy.
