Brown joins the Mustangs coaching staff for the 2017 seasons, serving as a volunteer assistant coach. He will serve as an operations assistant, assisting with the team in all aspects.
With the Mustangs, Brown will assist in weekly scouting reports, practice planning for the defense, and game planning for the defense. He will also travel with the junior varsity team.
Brown was hired in 2017 as the head women's lacrosse coach at Potomac State College while also assisting with the men's lacrosse team. He earned that job after serving as the Associate Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator for the University High School Hawks lacrosse team.
Prior to Potomac State, Brown was a student manager for two years for the West Virginia University football team. With the Mountaineers, Brown supervised daily defensive line and defensive team drills. He also assisted with the transportation of equipment during road trips.
While at West Virginia, Brown was an office assistant for the women's basketball team, assisting in preparing recruiting letters as well as performing a variety of administrative and organizational duties.
Brown graduated from West Virginia in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Coaching Education and a minor in Sports Communication.
