Meyerson-Beard is going into her 20th year at Stevenson in 2018-19 season. She came to Villa Julie in 1999 as a part-time assistant athletic trainer. She was promoted to Associate Athletic Trainer in the August 2011.

She first joined the athletic training room staff in October 2000, spending four years as an assistant before taking two years off from 2003 to 2005 to focus on her role of head softball coach. She served as the head softball coach from 2004-10 after serving as an assistant from 2000-03.

Meyerson-Beard also serves as an instructor for CPR and First Aid for the University.

Meyerson-Beard returned to training room in November 2005, while continuing her role as Stevenson's head softball coach.

The University of Charleston (WV) graduate earned her bachelor of science degree in 1998 and spent a year on the staff at Coppin State before departing for a three-year stint at St. Frances Academy in Baltimore.

Meyerson-Beard's athletic training room experience is not limited to the intercollegiate ranks. She has combined her love of the diamond with her work, aiding athletes attending the Ripken baseball camps at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen as well.

Meyerson-Beard and her husband Clayton, the assistant head coach for the Mustangs football team, welcomed twins Layne and Masyn in April 2015 and daughter Grace in July 2016.
