Winklbauer Wins Shannon Henretty Invitational, Mustangs Take Second

STEVENSON, Md. - Stevenson women's cross country sophomore Kelly Winklbauer took first place overall at the Shannon Henretty Invitational, held at the Greenspring campus course, with a 6k (3.73 miles) time of 25:20.84. The Mustangs took second place overall in the team standings with 60 points.

Sophomore Kayla Bias finished fifth overall with a 27:15.82, which was her best 6k time on the Greenspring course. 

Freshman Achol Odolla completed her first collegiate 6k with a time of 27:40.18, which placed her in ninth. 

Senior Claudia Lohr clocked a 29:25.51, while freshman Anasseh Holt rounded out the team score for the Mustangs with a time of 30:23.61.

Also competing for Stevenson was sophomore Mary Sam who crossed the line 31:21.65.

Rowan finished first overall in the team standings with 37 points. 

The Mustangs continue their season at the Bill Fritz Invite, hosted by Rowan University on Saturday, September 17 at 10:00 am.
