GLASSBORO, N.J. - Sophomore Rachel Panek took first in the 100m hurdles with a time of 15.76 seconds at the Oscar Moore Invitational, hosted by Rowan. Panek's time is currently sixth in the Mideast region.
Senior Jess Rega won the shot put with a top toss of 12.45m, which is currently third in the region. Junior Danika Ani placed third with a 11.71, while senior Lauren Dioses took eighth with a throw of 10.46m. Ani currently has the top performance in the region and eighth-best in Division III with her 13.12m throw at last week's Danny Curran Invite.
The Mustangs took second in the team standings with 111 points, while host Rowan placed first with 252.
Junior Kimberly Hammond earned a second-place finish in the long jump with a top leap of 5.12m. Panek took sixth with a 4.53, while sophomore Jordan Mitchell placed sixth with a 4.39. Mitchell would also take third in the triple jump with a 9.74, while senior Moriah Savage jumped a 9.60 to take fourth in the event.
Freshman Ashlynne Raby clocked a 13.43 in the 100m finals to take fifth overall, while Hammond took fifth in the 200 with a 27.96. Junior Jaleah Sydnor placed eighth in the 400 with a personal-best time of 1:03.64.
Tiffany Mckee took fourth in the javelin with a 29.50m toss, while Rega would place fifth with a 27.27. Panek finished seventh overall with a throw of 25.11.
Stevenson's 4x100m relay team placed second with a combined time of 51.42 seconds.

The Mustangs compete next at the two-day Mondschein Multi, hosted by Kutztown, starting on Thursday, April 11.
