Ani Takes Fourth in Shot Put at Tuppeny Twilight Meet

SWARTHMORE, Pa. - Stevenson women's track and field freshman Danika Ani took fourth overall in the shot put with a toss of 12.82m at the Tuppeny Twilight Meet, hosted by Swarthmore. Sophomore Jess Rega tossed a 11.79 to take sixth in the event. 

Freshman Chalisse Lockley clocked a personal-best time of 13.04 seconds in the 100.

In the 200, freshman Cierra Roberts ran a 26.11, while Lockley ran a personal-best time of 27.40 seconds. 

Roberts had a top distance of 5.30 meters in the long jump, while freshman Dyonne Hicks jumped a 5.14. Freshman Kimberly Hammond had a top leap of 5.09 meters. 

The Mustangs compete next in the ECAC Outdoor Championships, hosted by Westfield State University, starting on Wednesday, May 17 through Thursday, May 18.
