Decker returns to the Mustangs sideline in 2012 for her third season. She spent her final two college seasons playing for Millar and earned her bachelor's degree in paralegal studies from Stevenson in May 2010.
In two seasons with the Mustangs after transferring from Division II Lock Haven, Decker appeared in 40 of the team's 41 games while making 39 starts and totaling 23 points on four goals and 15 assists. She was also a two-time CAC All-Academic selection.
As a senior in 2009, Decker started all 21 of the team's games and led the Mustangs with 11 assists and was fourth on the team with 17 points in helping to lead Stevenson to a school record 15 wins, a share of the CAC regular season title and an appearance in the semifinals of the ECAC Division III South Region Championship. She also had a game-winning goal.
Decker totaled six points on one goal and four assists as a junior in 2008 during her first season while appearing in 19 of the team’s 20 games with 18 starts.
In two seasons at Lock Haven in 2006 and 2007, Decker appeared in 28 of the team's 39 games while making eight starts as a sophomore and totaling one assist as a freshman.
Decker is a graduate of Hereford High School.
