McLaughlin was announced as the team's graduate assistant in October 2018. She will be pursuing her Masters in Community-Based Education and Leadership.
McLaughlin was a four-year member of the Mustangs from 2013-16, appearing and starting in 75 career games. She recorded 51 points on 35 goals and 16 assists. McLaughlin also totaled 95 ground balls, 55 caused turnovers and 51 draw controls.
Since graduating from Stevenson, McLaughlin has worked as a Membership Engagement Coordinator with the Orokawa Family Center while also working at Brick Bodies, where she initially worked as a Service Desk Team Leader before becoming a personal trainer. She still works as a personal trainer.
During her time in undergrad, McLaughlin worked at U.S. Dream Academy, mentoring at-risk youth children in grades, pre-kindergarten to eighth grade. She also was an assistant teacher at The Goddard School, working with infants to six-years old.
McLaughlin graduated from Stevenson in May 2016 with her Bachelor's degree in Human Services.
