MacLellan begins her first year with the Mustangs in 2018, serving as the team's graduate assistant.

MacLellan comes to Stevenson after recently serving as the assistant coach at Manchester Valley High School for the previous two seasons. In 2016, the team was ranked No. 22 nationally and was the Carroll County Champions, the 2A-1A West Sectional Champions, the 2A-1A Maryland West Region Champions and the Maryland 2A/1A State Champions.

As a player, MacLellan started her career at CCBC-Catonsville where she totaled 62 goals and 28 assists in just 15 games as a freshman. She was named NJCAA First-Team All-American, All-Region 20 First-Team, All-Maryland Women's Lacrosse First-Team and District B & D Region 20 All-Tournament. MacLellan was chosen as CCBC-Catonsville's Female Athlete of the Year.

At Monroe Community College in 2013, MacLellan totaled 60 goals and 13 assists to lead the team to an 18-0 season and the NJCAA National Championship. She was named NJCAA First-Team All-American, All-Region 3 First-Team, Western New York Athletic Conference First-Team and All-National Championship Tournament Team.

For her final two season, MacLellan transferred to Division II Limestone where she totaled 73 goals and 11 assists in 34 games. She also totaled 84 draw controls. As a junior she earned All-Conference Carolinas Second-Team honors.

MacLellan served as an assistant coach for local McDaniel College during the 2017 fall season and is a US Lacrosse Certified Level 1 and Level 2 Coach.

Outside of lacrosse, MacLellan is the walk chair and Director of the Baltimore Chapter of the Out of the Darkness Walk for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

A 2015 graduate of Limestone College, MacLellan graduated from Seton Keough High School.
