Women's Golf Finishes Fourth at Gettysburg Spring Invitational

ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. - The Stevenson women's golf team finished fourth overall out of six schools with a combined score of 368 at the Gettysburg Spring Invitational, held at the Hanover Country Club. 

Freshman Brynne Wiedeman and junior Morgan Wirtz both shot an 89 on the day to finish tied for 11th overall. 

Freshman Julia Kline shot her second lowest score of the spring with a 92. 

Freshman Autumn Bryant completed the team score for the Mustangs with a 98. Senior Kelly MacKenzie finished a stroke back of Bryant with a 99. 

Samantha Sessa of Gettysburg won the individual championship with a 77, while her school won the team title with a combined score of 325.

The Mustangs tee off next when they host the Stevenson Invitational, held at the Piney Branch Golf Club on Monday, April 3 at 12:30 pm.
