Stetson joins the Mustangs in 2016, serving as the teams graduate assistant coach for the Cross Country and Track and Field Teams.

Stetson arrives on campus after a successful distance running career at York College of Pennsylvania. A member of York’s first three Capital Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships in the schools history, he finished eleventh as a junior and was named to the All CAC cross-country second team. In that year he also placed twenty-sixth in the regional championship race and earned All Mideast Region first team honors. In his senior year he led a young squad to a third place team finish, as he finished fifth overall in the conference, earning a place on the All CAC cross-country first team. 

On the track Stetson collected several first and second team honors over various distances and in relay events at the CAC Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field Championships. His senior year highlights included first team honors for winning the 5000m at the CAC Indoor Track Championships (where he set the meet record).  He repeated the 5000m win during the CAC Outdoor Track Championships, earning first team honors.

A 2015 graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, Stetson earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting. A native of Old Bridge, NJ he was a three-year varsity letter winner at Old Bridge HS.  During his senior year there he was named a captain and was awarded the team MVP for Cross Country as he led his team to its fourteenth conference championship.
