Kazimer is Preseason Player, Attackman of the Year

OWINGS MILLS, Md. - InsideLacrosse has named Stevenson men's lacrosse senior Steve Kazimer (Syracuse, N.Y./Henninger) as the Division III Player and Attackman of the Year in its Face-Off Yearbook 2010. The magazine also selected him as a first team all-american and as one of the top players in the CAC.
The USILA Attackman of the Year and first team all-american selection a year ago, Kazimer led the team in scoring with 69 points, the fifth-most in school history. He also ranked second on the team with 33 goals and 36 assists. His assists were also the fifth-most all-time in school history.
Kazimer, a two-time All-CAC First Team honoree, is ranked second in school history with 152 points and 82 assists after just two seasons.
Cortland State junior Chris DeLuca was selected as the Midfielder of the Year while Roanoke senior Sam Love was named the Defenseman of the Year and Stevens junior Dave Decker was the Goalie of the Year.
