Thursday at Yankee Stadium Field.

Stevenson (10-21, 5-11 CAC) totaled a season-high 14 hits, five of which came in the first inning, while scoring 10 or more runs for the fourth time this season.

Goulian came to bat twice in the inning, leading off with a single to left center and scoring on a two-run double by junior Justin Anderson (Shrewwsbury, Pa./Calvert Hall) before hitting a two-run triple to score the sixth and seventh runs.

After Bobby Corton stole home to put St. Mary's on the board in the third, the Seahawks rallied in the top of the fifth, scoring four runs off of freshman Jimmy Young (Sykesville/Liberty) to cut the Mustangs' lead to 8-5.

Stevenson quickly responded, however, picking up two runs in the bottom of the fifth on an RBI single by Bratter and RBI double by Goulian to extend its lead to 10-5.

Young allowed five runs on seven hits over 4.1 innings while striking out four and walking four before giving way to junior Patrick Quinn (Mt. Airy/Linganore) who allowed just two runs over the final 4.2 innings to pick up his second win of the season to go along with two saves.
