MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – The Stevenson University football team was among several teams receiving votes in the 2023 D3Football.com preseason Top 25 poll which was announced on Monday afternoon.

The Mustangs received four votes and is one of only two MAC teams that appear in the poll.

Defending national champion North Central (Ill.) was picked first with 622 points and 22 first-place votes, followed by Mount Union with 597 points and three first-place votes.

The poll is voted on weekly by a panel of 25 coaches, Sports Information Directors and media members split across the six regions of NCAA Division III football.

Stevenson starts the season on Thursday, August 31, on the road at Rowan University.
