A-Z Guide to Mustang Stadium
ADA ACCESIBILITY
Mustang Stadium is designed with parking, restrooms, concessions,
water fountains and seating areas accessible to guests with
disabilities. Parking for fans with disabilities is available and
patrons must display valid, state issued accessible tags to park in
these spaces. All of the entrances into Mustang Stadium are
accessible to guests with disabilities. Seating for guests
with disabilities is available at four locations throughout
Mustang Stadium. Guests with disabilities are permitted one guest
in each of these locations.
ALCOHOL
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited inside the stadium and
surrounding areas. The exception to this is the pre-approved
tailgating area adjacent to the Howard Brown School of Business and
Leadership. For more information regarding tailgating, please see

ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted inside of Mustang Stadium with the
exception of service animals for guests with disabilities.
ANTHEM SINGERS
Those interested in singing the national anthem prior to a
Stevenson athletic event should contact Game Day Manager Graeme
Millar at 443-352-4252 or gmillar@stevenson.edu.
BAGS, CONTAINERS & COOLERS
Bags, backpacks, hard sided cases and coolers are PROHIBITED in
Mustang Stadium.
BANNERS, SIGNS & FLAGS
Signs must be handheld, event-related, in good taste, and cannot
obstruct another guest's view. They may not contain commercial
messages, logos or political endorsements and may not be hung on
the stadium structure. Signs or flags on sticks or poles are also
not permitted. Stevenson reserves the right to confiscate signs
that are in violation of stadium policy.
BROADCAST INFORMATION
Television and radio broadcasts of Stevenson athletic events will
be announced on the athletics website. Please check www.GoMustangSports.com for dates, times and channel
information.
CAMERAS
Handheld cameras are allowed inside Mustang Stadium. Camera
stands and tripods are NOT permitted.
CLUB LEVEL ACCESS
Access to the club level and President’s Suite inside
Mustang Stadium is for special guests with a club pass only. In
addition, no food or drinks are to be removed from the Suite or
patio and carried into the stands during events.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Mustang Stadium is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and
enjoyable experience for our guests. Our staff will support an
environment where guests can enjoy their experience free from
unacceptable behavior, including the following:
* Foul and abusive language or obscene gestures
* Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol
consumption
* Displays of affection not appropriate in a public or family
setting
* Obscene or indecent clothing
* Any disruption of the game or event, including throwing of
objects or trespassing
* Sitting in a location other than the guest's ticketed seat
* Fighting, taunting, or making threatening remarks or
gestures
COMMENTS
Fans wishing to express a comment, compliment or complaint may do
so by contacting the Mustang Stadium staff or security inside
Mustang Stadium or by contacting Associate Athletic Director Paul
Cantabene at 443-352-4254 or pcantabene@stevenson.edu.
CONCESSIONS
The Mustang Stadium concession stand is located on the concourse
behind the ticket office.
ELEVATORS
An elevator with access to all five levels of Mustang Stadium,
including the club level and press box is located through the
stairwell on the concourse behind section 103.
EMERGENCIES
Should you need immediate assistance, please notify a member of
the Mustang Stadium staff or security. In the event of a serious
emergency, all staff are ready and available to assist all guests.
Pertinent information regarding the emergency situation and
evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address
system.
ENTRANCES
There are three guest entrances to Mustang Stadium. Gates B, C and
D are on either side of the ticket office while Gate A for VIP and
media is located to the right of the ticket office beneath the
press box.
FAN ASSISTANCE
There is a security office located at the end of the
concourse behind section 208 to assist fans with any questions,
problems or concerns.
FAN BEHAVIOR
Spectators at Stevenson University athletic events are expected to
support participants and officials without the use of offensive
language, racist or sexual comments, threats or other intimidating
actions. Spectators may not direct any verbal abuse toward
opponents, coaches or officials. The consumption of alcohol or
drugs is prohibited and is cause for expulsion from any event.
Those persons violating these guidelines will be asked to leave the
premises. Thank you for supporting Stevenson University
athletics.
FIELD ACCESS
Fans are asked to stay within the designated spectator
areas. No one will be allowed on to the field at any time before,
during or after any event, unless properly credentialed or
authorized. The sidelines are strictly for players, coaches, game
day personnel and members of the media having field access.
Violators will be removed from the stadium.
FOOD & DRINK
No outside food or drink will be allowed into the
stadium.
FIRST AID
First aid is available in the security office located behind
section 208. If needed, please contact a member of the Mustang
Stadium staff or security for assistance.
GATES OPEN
Entrances to Mustang Stadium open 90 minutes prior to the start of
the scheduled game time.
MERCHANDISE
Mustang merchandise can be purchased at the team store
located on the concourse inside Mustang Stadium behind section 204.
There is also a new university retail store in the Boulevard
Corporate Center on Owings Mills Boulevard adjacent to the Owings
Mills campus
NOISEMAKERS
Horns, whistles and other artificial noisemakers are not allowed
within Mustang Stadium. Any instrument meeting this description
will be confiscated and removed from the spectator areas.
PARKING
Please allow plenty of time for arriving, parking and
entering Mustang Stadium on game day. On campus parking is
available in three lots near Mustang Stadium. Please follow the
directions of the SU Security Staff/Police Officers when you
arrive.
The STADIUM lot is located directly in front of the stadium and is reserved for those with stadium lot passes.
The STAFF lot at the bottom of the Caves Sports and Wellness Center and is for game day administration as well as media and officials parking only.
The UPPER lot is in front of the Howard Brown School of Business and Leadership at the top of the hill and is for use by fans and guests who do not have a parking pass. This is also the ONLY location on campus where tailgating is permitted.
PROGRAMS
Game day programs are available on the concourse at the main
entrance to Mustang Stadium.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The list of items not allowed in Mustang Stadium include alcoholic
beverages, artificial noisemakers, bicycles, chairs, hard-sided
coolers, glass and aluminum containers, outside food or drink,
animals, tripods and camera stands and weapons.
PUBLIC ADDRESS
No announcements will be made over the public address system
except under extraordinary circumstances.

RE-ENTRY
Guests that leave the stadium at any time will
NOT be granted re-entry with the same ticket.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are conveniently located on both sides of the
concourse inside Mustang Stadium. All restrooms meet current ADA
regulations.

SECURITY
There is a security office located on the concourse at
the end of Mustang Stadium.
SMOKING
Mustang Stadium is a smoke-free environment. The use of
other tobacco products is NOT allowed. Anyone wishing to smoke or
make use of these products must do so outside of the stadium and
all items must be extinguished or disposed of prior to
entering.
TICKETS
The ticket office is located at the main entrance to Mustang
Stadium and is open 90 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled
game time. Single-game, general admission tickets are $5.00 for
students and $7.00 for adults and are available for purchase during
the week at both the Greenspring and Owings Mills University Store
locations during normal business hours. For more information, click

Only will call tickets will be available at the stadium ticket office on game day. Those wishing to purchase tickets on game day will need to do so at the Owings Mills University Store located in the Boulevard Corporate Center.
We recommend that you enter the Stadium at least one hour prior to the game to ensure yourself a seat. In addition, tickets will be punched when you enter the stadium and there is NO RE-ENTRY if you leave the stadium during the game. Courtesy is essential to allow room for seating in the general admission areas. Please be considerate of others to make room and allow more people to have a seat.
TAILGATING
Tailgating is permitted ONLY in the upper parking lot adjacent to
the Howard Brown School of Business and Leadership. For more
information regarding tailgating, please see the approved
tailgating policy here.
UMBRELLAS
In the event of inclement weather, umbrellas are NOT permitted
inside Mustang Stadium.
WILL CALL
Fans needing to pick up their tickets on game day may do so at the
ticket office at the main entrance to Mustang Stadium.
Identification is required for guests on the home or visiting team
pass lists. VIP and media can pick up their tickets and credentials
at Gate A located to the right of the ticket office beneath the
press box.
