Keri Foreman, a native of Campbell, New York, enters her fifth season at Stevenson in 2017-18.
Foreman received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Alfred University in 2002 where she also participated as a sprinter on the Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field teams. Following that, Foreman was awarded her Master of Science in Athletic Training from California University of Pennsylvania in May 2013.
In her one year at CalU, Foreman worked as the Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for club sports providing coverage for men’s and women’s ice hockey, men’s and women’s rugby, men’s soccer, lacrosse and baseball.
From November of 2010 to June of 2012, Foreman worked at the United States Military Academy in West Point, N.Y. During her two years, Foreman provided per diem coverage for the Competitive Clubs before being hired full-time as the Competitive Clubs Assistant Athletic Trainer. She was assigned to oversee men’s and women’s rugby while also providing game coverage for women’s lacrosse and men’s and women’s team handball. In addition, she oversaw training room coverage for treatment of all 27 club teams.
Prior to West Point, Foreman worked as an Athletic Trainer for six years at Sleepy Hollow Physical Therapy where she provided outreach coverage for Sleepy Hollow High School. She also worked as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the Sleepy Hollow Physical Therapy Sports Training Institute and was the Volunteer Coordinator for the Sleepy Hollow Sprint Triathlon.
Foreman has numerous certifications and licenses, including her Athletic Trainer Certification earned from the National Athletic Trainers’ Association in 2002. She earned her Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2004, and the Performance Enhancement Specialist certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2013. Foreman is also licensed as an Athletic Trainer by the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania and New York.
